
As we all know well, the only constant in life is change. While this change can bring joy, adventure, excitement, growth, and new challenges, it can also be deeply uncomfortable, scary, and overwhelming. It may challenge our abilities to cope and bring a sense of loss as we mourn what has been.
This online workshop is a starter space designed for personal development, helping you to reflect on what might be going on for you during this change. We aim to support you in understanding your struggle while providing tools to cope with the difficulties that may arise.
We hope to explore with you:
- Making sense of the struggle, both objectively and psychologically
- Understanding your responses
- Considering what is important to you
- Identifying what can be changed, if needed, and how to implement those changes
- Ensuring you come away with a set of values-based actions or tools to support you as you navigate this time and thrive through transition
